2. Payment & Subscription

• By subscribing, you authorize YallahLebneni to charge your payment method through Stripe.
• Recurring payments will be processed automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
• All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• By subscribing, you acknowledge that we may send you emails regarding your subscription status, including purchase confirmation, renewal reminders, payment failures, or cancellation confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Unauthorized use or sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or misuse our platform.
• Users can terminate their accounts at any time through their profile settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

• YallahLebneni is not liable for third-party services, including Stripe's payment processing.
• We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Free and Premium Content

• YallahLebneni offers both free and premium content.
• Free users have access to a limited set of topics and features, including basic Lebanese vocabulary in categories such as Colors, Numbers, Greetings, Basic Phrases, Family, Food, Transportation, and Places.
• Premium subscribers gain access to all topics, features, and learning resources, including advanced vocabulary topics like Emotions, Fashion, Weather, and all verb conjugations including "to eat," "to know," "to drink," "to do," "to call," and "to work."
• Free trial users have access to premium features for 7 days from registration, after which they will revert to free user status unless a subscription is purchased.
• The availability of free and premium content may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify which features and topics are included in free vs. premium tiers.
• We use technical measures to enforce content access restrictions based on user subscription status, including requiring authentication for all premium content access.

7. Trial Period Terms

• New users are automatically granted a 7-day free trial period that begins upon account creation.
• During the trial period, users have access to the "which-word" and "letters" pages, but do not have access to premium topics or verbs.
• The trial period ends automatically after 7 days, at which point users will need to subscribe to maintain access to trial-specific features.
• No payment information is required to start a trial, but payment will be required to continue accessing premium content after the trial period.
• We reserve the right to modify trial period length or available features at any time.
• Users are limited to one trial period per email address, and creating multiple accounts to extend trial periods is prohibited.
